October, 2005: We are no longer accepting applications.

We are now accepting applications for the position of Rector, All Saints’ Episcopal Church, Palo Alto, CA.  The Search Committee and Vestry will be using a “rolling interview” process, starting immediately; with this approach, early application is encouraged!  In any event, we do not plan to accept applications after September 30, 2005.

If you are interested in applying for this position, please use the following steps:

Step 2: Please answer the following five questions; we ask that you keep the length of your response to no more than five  pages:

    ·        What would you like to share about your own spiritual journey and call to ordained ministry?
    ·        How do you see your role in integrating music and liturgy? Explain using specific examples from your experience.
    ·        Would you tell us about a time when you led an effort that strengthened the community in your parish or included new people?
    ·        What part of your ministry gives you the most joy and satisfaction, and the least?
    ·        What are your thoughts about ordaining gays and lesbians?
