Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee ensures that All Saints' church and its staff work together and support each other in the best possible way.  The Committee assists the Rector in overseeing and administering all of the All Saints' personnel policies in the 2011 Manual of Personnel Policies, Procedures and Practices. With the Rector, the Committee helps to write and revise job descriptions and, with the Treasurer, determines salary guidelines for new personnel. The Committee administers annual reviews of all non-clergy personnel, according to the guidelines of the Personnel Policy.
